All projects begin with a consultation to better understand each client’s vision and to develop a detailed construction plan that establishes timelines, budgets, materials, furnishings and all other associated costs. Clients are asked to fill out a Design Objective & Lifestyle Questionnaire so that all plans will not only look beautiful, but they will also function seamlessly. Gabrielle Raven both designs and manages projects, having developed unparalleled skills in coordination and problem solving.

This will include devising room layouts; drafting perspective renderings; furniture and lighting schedules; custom paint and fabric swatches; tile, flooring and material sourcing and fixture and appliance specifications. Shopping trips to various suppliers and shops, including exclusive “trade only” showrooms, will also be arranged. Gabrielle Raven has significant international sources for merchandise to provide her clients with the best selection and value.

We have studied global and historic design, having traveled the world in search of the best designed objects, rooms, art, landscapes-you name it. It is a passion and one that never ceases to inspire. Gabrielle Raven prides herself on the use of custom paint colors that she creates on site for all her clients. She also dry lays sample tiles and all surface finishes to ensure that clients are happy with the choices prior to installation to avoid costly mistakes. She also will mock-up furnishings and art placement directly on site to take any guesswork out of the process. Upon completion of all installations, the site will be cleaned so that all furnishings can be placed including art. At the end of the project, clients will be handed a book that contains all manuals and important details relating to the project, including custom color formulas; fabric swatches and manufacturer information for products purchased.
